The practical application of one’s well-formed and informed conscience is shown in the challenge of making moral decisions, with specific cases involving the marketplace in the real world of today.

We are called to be heroic Christians in whatever state of life we are in, wherever God has planted us. This demands from us the exercise of moral courage in discerning the righteous, just, and loving response to the real life challenges that confront us. We recognize that for a society, community, or nation to prosper, its economic growth must be accompanied, hand-in-hand, with appropriate social responsibility anchored in sound moral values.
