Celebrated 30th Makati Chapter Anniversary on July 17 at the Makati Sports Club via a Regional Breakfast with first timers; Couple Sharers – Bernard & Essa Dy of Makati Chapter; Attended by AMD Manny Jimenez & NSC PSD Joey Avellana and senior members; Lead Chapter – Makati.
Summer Sports Fiesta
Successfully held Regional Sportsfest & Family Day (Summer Sports Fiesta) at DLSZ Sports Pavilion – truly a fun-filled, colorful day of games and fellowship, sharing of food; started with a Mass celebrated by Fr. Paolo Pirlo; Lead Chapter – Paranaque
New Chapter & Outreach
San Jose Mindoro elevated to full-pledged Chapter and Sablayan Breakfast to Outreach on June 12; Officiated by Pres. Larry Veloso, AMD Manny & Regie Jimenez, RCD Jun & Mina Obra & Paranaque Chapter Head Monching & Fe Sunga; also attended by former Chapter Head Jojo & Carms Pascual. Truly a victory celebration after 8 years as outreach.
Milestone for Las Pinas
Installation of new Chapter Head and new governance led by Jun & Mayette Pangilinan; With high expectations for the new team to improve further on the accomplishments of the previous governance under Etchin & Odit Sumagang in terms of higher attendance; 100% tithing; a “big brother” role to other Chapters within the South MM Region and beyond.

SMMR governance honored visiting SoCal couple-sharers Rency & Mita Biagan with two successive weekend breakfast May 22 – Alabang Chapter Anniversary at ACC Ballroom; then on May 29 –Regional Breakfast held at Villamor Golf Club.

Children’s Concert
Pursuant to one of the 10-point thrusts of SMMR for 2010 – to pursue inster-chapter bonding activities via Sectoral/Regional breakfasts, sportsfest, the region gears up to yet another bonding event – a Children’s Concert– tentatively scheduled in October 2010; Lead Chapters – Alabang & Makati.
