We are in executive search business and now looking for an Executive Director for the Country of Philippines for a US based and well established Christian organization.
The Organization
Headquartered in USA, a non- profit interdenominational association of Christian businessmen and professionals; with over 100 years of history and in more than 100 countries around the world, is now looking for a passionate business leader to lead it’s Philippines operation.
The Role
This role serves as liaison between the Country of Philippines and USA headquarter and the right candidate will demonstrate diplomatic as well as business leadership. The Country Director will be responsible for the formulation, direction, and implementation of a comprehensive, overall plan and continuing direction for the operation in the Philippines.
The Country Director will supervise a small team of staffs in Manila and regularly engage with National & State partners and volunteers and trustees to develop an associated work plan detailing short and long- term goals, specific action steps and deliverables, with a process for monitoring and evaluating the success of all energies in the Philippines.
The Country Director is expected to travel nationally and internationally at approximately 25% of the time
Basic requirements are
1) Christian Brother that knows the local language of the Philippines and also English
2) Possibly aged 40+, has business ( local and international) experience and wants to serve the Lord and wanting to build a legacy in life
3) Humble and with a servant attitude Good
4) Good presenter and coach as there is a National Chapter, State Chapters and thousands of volunteers in the Philippines NOW and most of these volunteers are Christian businessmen
5) Compensation is at par in comparison to ministry organizations (non-stock, non-profit) in the Philippines
